Our equipment was specifically designed to be intuitive to install and use.  But if you need help, you receive expert help from the people who know the product the best  -
the ones who designed it!


U.S. ORDER PAYMENT
Rather than  using the shopping cart system, you may also send a check or money order to us.   All checks including e-checks are subject to verification, which may cause delay in processing.   Email inform@wrightaudio.us for payment instructions. 


U.S. ORDER SHIPMENT
Unless otherwise stated in the product listing,  all products are in stock.  Your order will be shipped by Fedex Ground between 2 and 4 business days from the time of cleared payment and we will provide you with a shipment tracking number. 
If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please include your physical address as the ship-to address.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery time to any of the 50 states or Puerto Rico is 1 to 6 business days from shipment.  Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.  A signature will be required upon delivery.   Need it faster?  Quicker shipping options are available for most items.  Please contact us for more details.

APO / FPO addresses and other U.S. territories, please allow extra time for delivery.

Most items are available for local pickup near Eugene, Oregon.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please do not use the shopping cart system for orders to be shipped outside the U.S..  Email us first with the product name(s) for purchase and your shipping address so we may quote the shipping cost and method.  A special Paypal payment Invoice will be emailed to you from which you may pay.

The exception is if you are providing  a freight forwarder's address which is located within the United States.  The shopping cart system may be used and normal U.S. shipping costs apply.  Although the items will be covered by insurance to the freight forwarder's address, be sure to cover the value of the shipment from the freight forwarder's location to yours.

Please note that not all countries accept electronic products manufactured in the U.S.A. without conforming to certain requirements imposed by the foreign governments.


OUR PACKAGING
Our products are packed well beyond shipping carriers' requirements.  All products are shipped double-boxed, some in 275-lb crush test boxes for safe delivery.  Please keep the product packaging.  You'll need it if you have to return or move your item.


30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to enjoy the items you purchase from Wright Audio.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are complete and like new for any reason within 30 days of receipt.

You may choose an exchange or a refund for the full amount of the items you purchased, less shipping costs.
Please note the following exceptions: 
The Wright Audio Ambience 10PH, 10W and Mini Speakers have a $15 repacking fee. 

Refunds must be issued to the same credit card or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
We may refuse a customer return or charge a restocking fee when the returned item is not like new.  Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or restocking fees include:

1.)  Returned item is missing parts or the original product packing material.
2.)  Returned item was damaged because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.
3.)  Item was mishandled or abused during use.
4.)  Warranty seals have been tampered with.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN


Step 1 - Get a Return Authorization
Request a return authorization online by emailing us.  A box shipped to us without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

Step 2 - Pack your item carefully.
Return items in the original packaging if the boxes are in good condition, complete with all accessories and manuals.  Items must be returned double-boxed.

Step 3 - Ship the box by Fedex or UPS fully insured for the entire value.
The return shipping address will accompany the Return Authorization Number provided to you.

We will email you confirming that  the return was processed.  After we receive your package, we normally process your exchange or refund within 3 business days.
