THE WRIGHT AUDIO SERVICE PROTECTION
THREE / FIVE YEAR WARRANTY
Wright Audio warrants, to the original purchaser, the above products to be free from defective material and workmanship when used in accordance with the instructions for a period of THREE YEARS, with the exception of tubes, which carry the standard industry 90-day warranty. If a product is found to be defective by Wright Audio within a THREE YEAR period of the original purchase due to materials or workmanship, Wright Audio will remedy any such defect or furnish a new part for FREE provided the product is shipped prepaid to Wright Audio and return shipping is prepaid by the customer.
From THREE to FIVE YEARS from the date of purchase, we agree to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new part in exchange for any defective part of the unit with the exception of tubes, for a flat fee of $50 including labor, provided the unit is delivered to Wright Audio with shipping prepaid. Return shipping cost will be paid for by the customer.
This warranty does not extend to any of our products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident or used in violation of the operating instructions. The warranty does not extend to Power Amplifiers or Integrated Amplifiers if output tubes not specifically recommended by Wright Audio have been used, nor does it extend to any units opened by breaking the warranty seals, MODIFIED or REPAIRED by anyone other than Wright Audio or our authorized agent.
If a Wright Audio product requires service from an owner who has purchased the item used, we will provide full service at reasonable cost.
The warranty is limited to Wright Audio products noted above and excludes any consequential damage to other connected equipment which may result for any reason, from the use with Wright Audio products.

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM OR
Your continued satisfaction with our products is extremely important to us. We will be happy to answer your questions pertinent to the installation and operation of your unit. Please feel free to contact us in the event of any difficulty and we will endeavor to provide prompt service. If the problem cannot be resolved through our combined efforts, we may wish to authorize the return of your unit to us.
Your product was designed for at least a lifetime of operation with ordinary common sense care, infrequent tube replacement and possibly other small parts replacement. Please accord it with the same care as you would a fine camera. However, damage can occur during shipping or in storage conditions where mechanical shock and extremes of temperature or humidity can render the unit faulty. Neither of these exposures may be visible to the eye.
1.) In the event the unit must be returned, an authorization number will be forwarded to you upon request via phone or email. This number must be placed on the outside of the return box to identify it and avoid unnecessary delay. Under no circumstances should your unit be shipped to Wright Audio without authorization. Please pack it carefully in the original packing, if available. If not, allow at least 3 inches of space with cushioning all around between the product and the box. All products should be double-boxed for shipping safely.

2.) Ship prepaid via UPS or Fed Ex only. Be sure to insure the shipment for the full original cost. Collect shipments will not be accepted.
3.) Included in the box must be a description of the problem, the return shipping address and a telephone number or email address for contact. Failure to enclose the information will cause delay in the service process.
4.) Wright Audio will refuse to repair any product with modifications not approved by our company or deemed by our technical staff to affect its safety or reliability.
5.) For those products which originally were supplied with warranty seals, these seals must remain intact or Warranty Service will be declined and current service prices will apply.
6.) The basic labor rate for non-warranty service work performed at Wright Audio is U.S. $75 per hour. A minimum one-hour charge is normally applied to diagnostic service evaluations and a minimum of two-hours' charge ($150) is applied if any work is to be performed.
Upon completion of repairs or updates, all units are given a complete series of electrical tests to verify performance and a burn-in period with a listening session during which all product features are tested.
A Paypal / Wright Audio Service Invoice will be emailed to you upon completion of the repair from which you may pay. Other payment methods may also be arranged. A 5 per cent per month storage service fee will apply on repair payment due past 30 days. Wright Audio will dispose of products left over six months without payment.
7.) The product is covered by a 3-Month Service Warranty on the work performed.
8.) All products sent to the factory for service or update must be accompanied by a full complement of tubes (remove tubes and pack securely in a separate box within the shipping box) in order to fully evaluate and test the unit's performance. Exceptions may be made for units returned for complete retubing or for an update that includes all new tubes.
9.) Should replacement vacuum tubes be required to complete a repair or update, only Wright Audio screened tubes will be installed in order to assure product performance and to validate the 90-Day Limited Service Warranty.
10.) If a customer refuses the use of Wright Audio parts and / or tubes needed to complete a repair or update, the product will be returned unrepaired at the owner's expense.
11.) Wright Audio only performs factory authorized service and currently available updates. Custom modifications will not be performed.
12.) Wright Audio will only convert products for use with a different A.C. line voltage on those products originally supplied with multi-voltage power transformers.
